We are waiting with bated breath for guidelines and an opening date from the Government so we can get back to business soon.
Ahead of this we have compiled some policies that we will be implementing (subject to change).
If you, or any member your family are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms (mild or severe), please cancel your appointment and re-book for after you have self-isolated as per the Government guidelines. This is to protect the safety of our staff and other clients.
We are not offering 'walk in' appointments at his time (including consultations and skin tests).
Only clients with pre-booked appointments will be permitted to enter the salon.
If you wish to make an appointment once we are open, please call the salon on 020 8972 1585 (leaving a message if necessary) or email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will be asking all clients to arrive promptly for their appointments, as if you are late it may not be possible to do your hair. We will have a strict policy over lateness or last minute cancellation which will incur a full payment of the booked service. This is purely to avoid valuable appointment spaces being lost.
Please be prepared to have to wait outside the salon while all necessary sanitisation takes place. We will invite you into the salon when we are ready to avoid too many people being in the salon at the same time and to observe social distancing measures.
Please bring your own beverages and magazines as we will be unable to provide these for you (individual bottles of water will be available to purchase if required).
Staff will wear mask/face covering at all times and gloves/aprons as and when necessary.
Clients are asked to provide their own mask/face covering and wear them throughout their appointment. (There will be disposable face masks to purchase if required).
Gowns and towels will be washed after a single use and styling areas sanitised after each client.
Please avoid bringing coats/jackets, if weather permits, and please do not bring unnecessary bags, briefcases, rucksacks or shopping into the salon. If it is necessary to bring a coat or jacket we will ask you to place it on a chair near to the styling area.
We ask that no family members or friends accompany clients to their appointments in the salon unless attending for their own pre-booked appointment.
Until further notice we will not be doing children's hair.
On arrival, please sanitise your hands with the anti-bacterial gel that will be provided at the reception area. There will also be sanitising gel at each styling area for your use.
Reduced numbers of staff will be working at any one time so we will be open 7 days a week with extended hours.
There will be a small increase in our price, and would appreciate payment by card wherever possible.
Lastly, we want to say thank you for your loyalty and for being so patient while we endeavour to get you all fitted in as soon as we possibly can.
